By using Day's Echo you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, please do not use the service.
Day's Echo is a personal diary service that sends you a daily email with your past entries and allows you to add new entries by replying to that email or through the web app. The basic version is free.
Registration requires only an email address. You can use any email, including anonymous ones. You are responsible for maintaining access to your email inbox. One person — one account.
Your diary entries belong to you. We do not claim ownership over the content you create. You grant us a limited licence to store and send your content solely to operate the service.
You are responsible for your content. You agree not to use Day's Echo to store or transmit:
We aim to keep Day's Echo available 24/7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or suspend the service for technical reasons. We will notify users of planned downtime where possible.
Day's Echo is provided "as is". We are not liable for any loss of data, missed reminders, or indirect damages arising from use of the service. We strongly recommend keeping independent backups of important diary entries.
You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing hello@daysecho.com. All data will be removed within 30 days.
We may modify or discontinue features. We will notify users of significant changes via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
